At our Chropyně plant, we have our own development department that enables the creation of new types of coated fabrics precisely according to customer requirements. Each project begins with a detailed consultation focused on the intended use and required material properties – from mechanical resistance and flexibility to colour options, surface structure, and specific functional characteristics.
Thanks to this approach, we are able to deliver tailor-made solutions even for the most demanding applications. The development process also includes the production of laboratory samples, allowing customers to test the material directly in their operations or final products. Based on feedback, the material is further optimized until it fully meets requirements for quality, comfort, and functionality.
Coated fabrics from our production are characterised by high quality, durability, and a wide range of applications. We develop them for various industries – from transportation, healthcare, and public spaces to fashion, residental, and technical or industrial applications.
We use PVC-, PUR-, and PAC-based compounds, which we apply using both water-based and solvent-based technologies. Coating is carried out both on textile substrates and without a backing, resulting in special films and technical materials designed for precisely defined purposes.
We offer a wide range of colour options according to RAL and Pantone colour charts, or based on a customer-supplied sample. We also apply coatings to customer-supplied textiles, enabling extended possibilities for individual cooperation and the creation of unique materials for specific applications.
A strong focus on quality is an integral part of every step of our development and production process. Every coated fabric undergoes testing of strength, durability, and functionality in our in-house testing laboratory located directly in Chropyně.
Testing focuses on mechanical properties such as strength, flexibility, and abrasion resistance, as well as physical parameters including thickness, weight, and dimensional stability, and also chemical resistance and long-term durability of the materials. Thanks to modern measuring equipment and continuous inspection during and after production, we can be confident that all materials meet strict industrial norms and required standards.
